Yay for Incubus!!! Super excited to learn those songs. The DLC has been decent and I think this is the best pack in awhile. Hopefully even more awesome DLC is coming. Still wishing for Tool, Mastodon, and RHCP!!!
Mastodon is in my top 5 most wanted bands for future DLC.

I’m hoping for Tool myself! I’ve been wanting to learn and play a lot of songs by them ever since I started listening to them!
I’d pay any day for “The Pot”, “Vicarious”, “Schism”, “Parabola”, and other such songs!
Been pretty cool so far, would like to see some more pop punk stuff like Bayside or Jimmy Eat World or Anberlin or even something a little eclectic like Dead to Me off their Cuban Ballerina album, I know it takes some time to program but probably would be relatively easy to license. Or even some folksy stuff like Guster.
Surely better songs from incubis could of been chosen, drive, pardon me, megalomaniac..

I have to say i have been waiting for this songs since guitar hero… Thank god for ubisoft/rocksmith… i know there are a lot of songs from incubus that could be better… but this songs are awesome while we wait for nice 2 know u/ pardon me/ summer romance… !!!!
It’s The Clash Pack all over again. Rocksmith takes a good band with many good songs as DLC, but releases a bad combination of songs.

Have you any idea what you just did to me by mentioning “Wish You Were Here” as DLC? And now I’ve totally crashed now that I’ve realised it’s not “THE” Wish You Were Here. Nothing against Incubus of course, just thought for a minute that my wishes had been answered
Good band — bad song selection.
Econ 101: you’ll make a lot more money selling songs people want to hear and to play.
My requests: Steely Dan, Tool, Jane’s Addiction, Alice in Chains, Jeff Buckley, Slayer, Joy Division, Black Flag/Rollins Band, The Sundays, Daisy Chainsaw(!), Sonic Youth, Elastica, (early) 311, Primus, XTC, My Bloody Valentine.
And if you’re going to do more Nirvana (which you should if you want to get paid) don’t be afraid to touch “In Utero” and “Bleach” — both are classics.
Incubus is bubblegum pop, not rock.
Have you even listened to Meglomanic? How is Incubus bubblegum pop? They’re alternative rock.
However m not buying any dlc’s until the freezing/crashing issues are fixed.
So it’s not just my PS3?
I see a lot of people talking about rocksmith freezing. But it’s either xbox or Ps3. Are they refurbrished old systems because I have a ps3 slim and it plays just fine. Not one freeze or lag at all. I highly believe it’s not a software issue. Sounds like its a hardware issue.
Sometimes the freezing with saving is a faulty Game File on your PS3 and not the User Save File.
Try this:
1. Delete just the Game file, (so you don’t loose all your song progress in the save file.)
2.Reinstall the game on your system and update it to the latest version.
3. Reinstall the songs you love the most and then see what happens.
My PS3 was freezing after every song until I followed the steps listed above, it was completely resolved.
Yeah I’ve been having freezing and lag issues on my Xbox while playing this game. I’ve had it freeze while selecting a song, and during the loading screens a couple of times. I’ve also been having problems at the song selection screen, where the songs album art and song previews won’t play, so I’d have to go back in and out a couple of times until it starts working. I have the game installed on my hard drive and the disc isn’t scratched in anyway.
And I mean the songs album art won’t show.
My xbox hasnt frozen for… I dont even remember how long. Are people seriously still having freezing issues, or just ps3? The worst thing that happened to me is the first song i play after starting the game up would take forever to load, but all i do is end song and play it again.

I had the freezing issues since day 1. They went away after I completely removed rocksmith from my xbox hard drive and started over.
Mine freezes 90% of the time if I choose to replay the same song. The only way around it is to go back to the song selection and reselect it all over again.
How can they call this junk metalish?
Where’s the true ROCK stuff like Scorpions, Maiden, ACDC, ZZ Top. Those are rock bands, not this stuff.
These three songs aren’t so metalish. But their earlier stuff is. And yes, Incubus is definitely rock.
There are already several good metal songs out there for you, the game is “Rocksmith” not “WhateverDallasDaveWantsSmith.”
Personally I like the variety. Did I download the Otis Redding song? No, but I think it’s cool that it’s out there for the other folks who like that sort of thing.

There’s about 30 Metallica songs give or take a few, just sign up and download/create your own.
I have a near new ps3 slim and the game froze very rarely for first 6 months..today it froze twice..and none of my other ps3 games freeze..annoys me because I expect a product that performs as expected and as games do in general..
Anyhow. The incubus songs are not too bad to play, although having intonation problems similar to fall out boy..tried reloading songs but didn’t fix the issue..

I know this isnt a “huge rock band” some of you want, but a song i think would be great for rocksmith is f.c.p.r.e.m.i.x. By fall of troy. Check out a cover, the riff is awesome and the solo sounds very fun to play. I know im gonna request it on the facebook app.

While I do actually like “Blister In The Sun” I don’t think it’s gonna be all that fun or challenging to play on Rocksmith, probably a pass for me as well.
Question -If rocksmith gets the big names people are requesting metallica, acdc, iron maiden…how much would u pay for a 3 song pack? E.g 3 times the normal amount, more or less.

I gotta say, i doubt the third song will be incubus because they would release the last song AND the incubus pack. I think it will be three similiar songs then incubus whenever it is ready. But who knows

Just thinking, no 1 is mentioning the fact if ubi never not released the incubus track in time we wld have no dlc tomo and in fact we wld have our 1st bi weekly dlc week tomo. I hope they stick to that and don’t do another 2 week delay, cause if they do then this is not really a extra week of dlc due to there mistake we love hurts. Hope ur listing ubi

I purchased the Incubus song pack and now its gone? I got in the the guitar center part and it shows that i haven’t purchased it? WTF!!! Anyone else have this problem? I switched out storage sd’s in the back of my xbox but this shouldn’t affect anything. I was missing a few other songs after the switch but when i went the the store it let me re-DL them.
